Kilandu (Shenzhen Jintianlei Innovation Technology Co., Ltd.) is a turnkey PCBA and EMS manufacturer based in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, China, building the control boards behind new-energy, industrial and medical products — from Gerber and BOM through to tested, ready-to-ship assemblies.
Inside the factory. Manufacturing runs on a single site in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, with PCB fabrication, sourcing, SMT, DIP, testing, conformal coating and box build under one roof. The line list, capacity and equipment are documented on the factory capabilities page.
How we control quality. Every build follows the same documented inspection and traceability route, from solder paste and reflow checks through functional test to lot-level records — the equipment used and the process itself are set out on the quality assurance page.
What we build. Kilandu boards go into EV charging piles, high-power energy storage systems, smart-city power management, shared communication and visual vehicle systems, wearables and medical devices. PCB fabrication, authorised component sourcing, SMT and DIP assembly, testing, conformal coating and final box build all happen under one roof, so prototypes, small batches and volume orders run through one quality system with one point of contact.
Who we serve. We supply OEMs, ODMs and hardware start-ups across Europe, Russia and the Americas, typically teams that need a China-based partner able to quote from a BOM, keep component sourcing transparent and hold the same quality standard from first prototype to volume ramp.
