PCBA applications: the eight industries we build for

Kilandu (Shenzhen Jintianlei Innovation Technology Co., Ltd.) is a turnkey PCBA manufacturer in Bao'an, Shenzhen, China, serving OEM customers in Europe, Russia and the Americas. We assemble printed circuit board assemblies for eight application areas - medical devices, automotive infotainment, smart home, inverter and energy storage, VFD and frequency conversion equipment, industrial equipment, IoT devices and AI hardware - from Gerber and BOM through component sourcing, SMT, DIP, assembly and functional test.

How each application is handled

Medical care

Kilandu assembles medical device PCBA for patient monitoring, diagnostic instruments, imaging and laboratory equipment. Boards are built with full material traceability and shipped with inspection records, so OEM customers can document their own quality files. Read more: Medical care.

Automotive Infotainment PCBA

Automotive infotainment boards cover central control units, HMI panels, telematics boxes and car audio. We assemble under an ISO 9001 system with IPC-A-610 Class 2/3 acceptance, apply conformal coating where the environment demands it, and run functional test before packing. Read more: Automotive Infotainment PCBA.

Smart home

Smart home products need control boards, sensor nodes, gateways and connected-appliance electronics. We run mixed-technology builds (SMT plus automatic DIP) with wireless module assembly, and support the whole path from prototype quantities to volume production. Read more: Smart home.

Inverter energy storage

Inverter and energy storage assemblies include solar inverter control boards, battery management systems, power modules and EV charging piles. These are high-power, thermal-critical boards, so we combine heavy-copper layout capability with lead-free wave soldering and selective soldering. Read more: Inverter energy storage.

Frequency conversion equipment

Variable frequency drives, motor controllers and industrial drive units call for high-power layout and IGBT drive assembly, with attention to creepage distance and thermal paths. Kilandu builds these boards to IPC-A-610 Class 2/3 and tests them on application-specific fixtures. Read more: Frequency conversion equipment.

Industrial Equipment PCBA

Industrial equipment PCBA covers PLCs, motor drives, measurement and control boards and power monitoring units built for 24/7 operation. We select wide-temperature components, apply conformal coating, and validate with AOI and functional test. Read more: Industrial Equipment PCBA.

Internet of things

IoT device PCBA spans wireless modules, sensor boards, edge gateways and smart metering. Because the boards combine RF, sensing and power management, we handle antenna-aware assembly and low-power validation alongside the usual AOI and functional test. Read more: Internet of things.

Artificial intelligence

AI hardware PCBA includes accelerator boards, GPU and AI module carriers and other high-layer-count computing boards. These builds lean on BGA placement with X-ray inspection, fine-pitch capability and tight control of signal-integrity-sensitive routing. Read more: Artificial intelligence.

What stays the same across all eight applications

  • 4 automatic Yamaha YS24/YS12 SMT lines and 3 automatic DIP lines under one roof, with a monthly capacity of 150 million component placements.
  • 150+ people, including 20+ engineers and quality specialists, covering NPI, sourcing, process and test.
  • ISO 9001 quality system with IPC-A-610 Class 2/3 acceptance criteria and RoHS/REACH compliant processes.
  • Turnkey component sourcing from authorised distribution channels, with open BOM cost breakdowns and pin-to-pin alternatives for long-lead parts.
  • AOI and functional test on customer-specific fixtures, with traceable inspection records issued for every batch.
  • Shipments to Europe, Russia and the Americas, with English-speaking engineering and sales contacts.

Frequently Asked Questions

What industries does Kilandu build PCBA for?

Eight application areas: medical devices, automotive infotainment, smart home, inverter and energy storage, VFD and frequency conversion equipment, industrial equipment, IoT devices and AI hardware. All of them run through the same factory in Bao'an, Shenzhen.

Is Kilandu a turnkey PCBA supplier or an assembly-only service?

Turnkey. We source components from the BOM through authorised distribution channels, place and solder them on 4 automatic Yamaha YS24/YS12 SMT lines and 3 automatic DIP lines, then test and pack the finished assembly. You send the Gerber and BOM; we return tested boards.

What quality standards apply to these assemblies?

Every order runs through an ISO 9001 quality system with IPC-A-610 Class 2/3 acceptance criteria, and processes are RoHS and REACH compliant. Traceable inspection records are issued with each shipment.

What is the typical lead time?

For most applications, 2 to 5 weeks from the point the BOM and Gerber are confirmed and components are released, depending on material lead times, board complexity and whether tooling or test fixtures have to be built first.

Do you handle both prototype runs and volume production?

Yes. Buyers usually start with prototype or pilot quantities to validate the design and our process, then ramp to volume on the same lines, which keeps the process, materials and test method unchanged between the two stages.

Can you support both high-mix low-volume and high-volume orders?

Yes. The eight application areas above include customers running many low-volume variants and customers running single high-volume products. Because component sourcing, SMT, DIP, assembly and test all sit under one roof, we can schedule mixed demand without handing the job to a third party.
