PCBA technical support, standards and answers
Kilandu (Shenzhen Jintianlei Innovation Technology Co., Ltd.) is a turnkey PCBA manufacturer in Bao'an, Shenzhen, China. This section collects the engineering references, acceptance standards and ordering answers that our OEM customers in Europe, Russia and the Americas ask for most often - written for engineers and buyers, not for marketing.
What this section covers

|---|---|---|
| Acceptance standard | Which IPC-A-610 class your boards are built and inspected to, and what changes between Class 2 and Class 3 | IPC-A-610 standard |
| Engineering and NPI support | DFM review, stackup and stencil feedback, first-article approval and pilot runs | Electronics engineering technology |
| Ordering process | How a project moves from enquiry to shipment, step by step | How to order PCBA |
| Quotation inputs | Exactly which files and data we need before we can quote | PCBA quote requirements |
| Design for manufacturing | The DFM checks we run on your Gerber and BOM and how to fix the usual blockers | DFM for PCBA |

Start here: from files to first shipment
Most new projects follow the same path. Send the Gerber files, BOM and pick-and-place data; we run a DFM review and return a quotation with lead time, bill of materials and any long-lead items flagged. Once the order is confirmed, components are sourced and inspected, boards are fabricated or received, and assembly runs through SMT, DIP, functional test and final inspection before packing.
- How to order PCBA - the full sequence, document by document.
- PCBA quote requirements - the minimum data set for an accurate price.
- DFM for PCBA - issues we catch before tooling, and how to resolve them.
- Component sourcing - authorised channels, alternatives and lifecycle checks.
Acceptance standard: IPC-A-610 Class 2 and Class 3
Boards are built and inspected against IPC-A-610. Class 2 is the default for industrial, consumer and general-purpose electronics. Class 3 is applied where uninterrupted service matters - medical, automotive-adjacent, energy storage and safety-related control boards. The difference is in the acceptance criteria for solder joints, component placement, plating and cleanliness, and in how much inspection and documentation the build carries.
See the full breakdown on IPC-A-610 acceptance standard.
Engineering support during NPI
We review files before tooling, flag fine-pitch and BGA concerns, and agree the test strategy with you rather than after the fact. Where a design needs a change - panelisation, thermal relief, component substitution - we come back with options and cost impact instead of a silent workaround.
See Electronics engineering technology.
Quality and factory references
Process control, traceability and factory capability are documented under the Factory section: Quality Assurance, Supply chain and component sourcing, Factory management and our Shenzhen factory.
Common questions
For file formats, minimum quantities, lead times, tooling and payment terms, see the PCBA frequently asked questions. If your question is not covered, send it with your files and we will answer it as part of the quotation.
Request a PCBA quote - Gerber, BOM and pick-and-place files are the fastest way to a firm price and lead time.
