Quality system and certification

Our quality management system is certified to IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 14001:2015, and our assemblies are recognised under UL E352816. Boards are built and inspected to IPC-A-610 Class 2 or Class 3 depending on the application, with AOI and X-ray inspection where the package mix requires it.

Process control in production

Every build carries a traveller through SMT, DIP, assembly, test and final inspection. Solder paste is checked at start of shift, reflow profiles are recorded per product, and first-article approval is required before a run is released. Deviations are raised against the customer drawing, not resolved silently on the line.

Material and supply chain

Components are procured from authorised and franchised channels for critical parts, with cross-reference and lifecycle checks before substitution. Long-lead and allocation-risk items are flagged at quotation stage so they do not become a surprise mid-build.

OEM customers and experience

We build for more than 3,000 OEM customers across Europe, Russia and the Americas, mainly in industrial electronics, automation, instrumentation, energy storage and medical devices. Typical volumes range from prototype batches to series production, with lead times of two to five weeks depending on material.
