Quality system and certification

The site operates certified quality and environmental management systems, and boards are built and inspected to IPC-A-610 Class 2 or Class 3 depending on the application. The certificates themselves, the inspection stages, sampling and record retention are documented in full on the Quality Assurance page.

Process control in production

Every build carries a traveller through SMT, DIP, assembly, test and final inspection. Solder paste is checked at start of shift, reflow profiles are recorded per product, and first-article approval is required before a run is released. Deviations are raised against the customer drawing, not resolved silently on the line.

See Factory management for how production is planned and controlled.

Material and supply chain

Components are procured from authorised and franchised channels for critical parts, with cross-reference and lifecycle checks before substitution. Long-lead and allocation-risk items are flagged at quotation stage so they do not become a surprise mid-build.

See Supply chain and component sourcing.

OEM customers and experience

We build for more than 3,000 OEM customers across Europe, Russia and the Americas. Work is concentrated in industrial electronics and automation, instrumentation, energy storage and power electronics, medical devices, automotive electronics and IoT products. Board types range from battery-management and motor-drive control boards to power distribution units, HMI and display boards, communication gateways, sensor front ends and heavy-copper power boards. Typical volumes range from prototype batches to series production, with lead times of two to five weeks depending on material.

Real PCBA Case Studies

The builds below are anonymised PCBA case studies from our own production lines. Customer names, logos and order details are never published. What is published is the engineering: what the board had to do, what made it difficult, how it was manufactured, how it was tested, and the capability that demonstrates. Build-specific data such as layer count, board dimensions, BOM quantity and production volume is available under NDA on request.

All five builds run inside the same certified management system: IATF 16949:2016 (IATF No. 0596984) for automotive work, ISO 13485:2016 (cert. 35825MDQMS0021R0S) for medical work, and ISO 9001:2015 (cert. CN27125Q0392R0S) with ISO 14001:2015 (cert. CN27125E0142R0S) across the rest of the range. Workmanship is to IPC-A-610 Class 2 or Class 3 as agreed per project, and UL File No. E352816 is referenced only for assemblies covered by that file. Every certificate number, issuing body and validity date is published on the Quality Assurance page and can be verified with the issuing body.
