Kilandu fabricates rigid printed circuit boards for industrial control, automotive and medical electronics, integrated with in-house SMT and assembly lines for a true turnkey service from bare board to finished product.
PCB Fabrication Equipment
Production is supported by automated fabrication and testing equipment:
- LCR digital bridge: resistance 0.0001 ohm to 99.999 ohm, capacitance 0.01 pF to 99999 microfarad, inductance 0.01 microhenry to 9999.9 henry.
- Lead-free wave soldering: conveyor 0.8 to 1.8 metres per minute, preheat 80 to 150 degrees C, solder 250 to 280 degrees C.
- CNC V-CUT machine: 30, 45 and 60 degree cut angles, depth 0.5 to 3 mm, accuracy plus or minus 0.05 to 0.2 mm, speed 5 to 50 mm per second.
- Dongtai automatic drilling machine: maximum panel 550 by 500 mm, up to 2000 holes per hour, minimum hole 0.2 mm.
Manufacturing Capability
Kilandu fabricates single-sided, double-sided and multilayer rigid PCBs using FR-4 and other standard substrates, with controlled impedance and lead-free surface finishes suitable for industrial and automotive applications.
Quality and Compliance
All materials are RoHS and REACH compliant and fabrication follows IPC standards. The management-system certificates covering the integrated assembly line are listed on the quality assurance page.
Integrated PCBA Service
Because fabrication and assembly share one factory in Shenzhen, customers get a single accountable supplier for bare board, component sourcing, SMT and DIP and final testing, which removes the handover between suppliers.
What types of PCB does Kilandu manufacture?
Kilandu fabricates rigid single-sided, double-sided and multilayer PCBs on FR-4 and other standard substrates, with controlled-impedance and lead-free surface-finish options.
Do you also assemble the boards you fabricate?
Yes. Fabrication and PCBA assembly are integrated in one Shenzhen factory, so Kilandu delivers turnkey boards ready for use rather than bare boards only.
Are Kilandu PCB materials RoHS compliant?
Yes, all PCB materials are RoHS and REACH compliant. Material declarations are available on request, and the management-system certificates covering the fabrication and assembly processes are listed on the quality assurance page.
What is the typical PCB and PCBA lead time?
Typical turnkey lead time is 2 to 5 weeks, shortened by having fabrication and assembly under one roof.
