Board types we fabricate
Pick the board that matches your electrical and thermal requirement.
- 01
Rigid multilayer
Standard 1 to 24 layer FR4 boards for control, power and interface electronics.
- 02
High-Tg and high-heat
TG170 / TG180 and above laminates for lead-free reflow and boards that run hot, with impedance control and micro-section reports.
- 03
RF and high-frequency
Rogers and Taconic materials with controlled dielectric constant for wireless and RF front ends.
- 04
Heavy copper and high current
Copper up to 6 oz for motor drives, inverters and battery-side circuits that carry real current.
- 05
Special and mixed-material boards
Metal-core, thick-copper and mixed-material constructions where the application does not fit a standard stack-up.
How we build it
From solder paste to tested board, inside our own factory in Shenzhen.
SMT assembly
01005 chips up to BGA and QFN placed on our high-speed SMT lines and reflowed with lead-free paste.

Reflow and wave soldering
Lead-free reflow for SMT, plus our DIP lines with lead-free wave soldering for the through-hole parts.

SPI, AOI, X-ray and ICT
3D SPI verifies solder paste volume before placement, AOI inspects every board after reflow, X-ray covers BGA and hidden joints, and in-circuit test runs on fixtures built to your netlist.
Functional test and traceability
Functional test against your own specification, with traceable inspection records issued for every batch.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to what buyers ask us most about this product family.
What PCB types does Kilandu manufacture?
Rigid, multilayer (up to 24 layers), high-Tg, RF/high-frequency, heavy-copper, and special boards.
What copper weights can you do?
From 0.5 oz up to 6 oz heavy copper for high-current designs.
Which certifications do your PCBs carry?
ISO 9001:2015, UL listing under File No. E352816, and IPC-6012 Class 2/3 acceptance.
What is the finest feature size you support?
Fabrication and assembly support fine-pitch designs down to 01005 placement and 0.25 mm pitch, with minimum hole size down to 0.2 mm on the drilling side. Where a design sits at the edge of those limits, the DFM review raises it before fabrication rather than after.
Do you fabricate and assemble, or only one of the two?
Both, in the same Shenzhen factory. Because fabrication, component sourcing, SMT, DIP and test sit under one roof, customers get a single accountable supplier and a shorter chain from bare board to tested assembly.
What surface finishes are available?
Lead-free surface finishes suitable for industrial and automotive assembly, selected to suit the pitch, the storage period and the assembly process. The finish is fixed at quotation because changing it later changes both the fabrication route and the solderability window.
